1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour (not sifted)
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in a mixture of 2 T. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
