1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
1 pkg. of chopped broccoli, either frozen or fresh
1 c. rice
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. processed cheese or Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion and oleo together. Add the broccoli, rice, soup, water, cheese and milk. Mix all together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
