1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. quick rise yeast
4 c. unsifted bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 package yeast with 1/4 c. water. Set aside. Combine in a large bowl, flour, salt and sugar. Add eggs, oil, 1 c. water and yeast/water mixture. Mix well, let rise in greased bowl (covered) for 1 to 2 hours. Roll out and shape (on a flat surface). For crescent rolls, roll into approximately three 10 inch circles. Cut into pie shapes (10 to 12 slices), roll into crescent shapes, and place in greased pans. Let rise 1 to 2 hours.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Brush rolls with melted butter, if desired.
