3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, flour, soda and spices into large bowl. Add water, oil, eggs, pumpkin and nuts. Mix well.

Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or 1 greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
