1 lb. of beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 or 2 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 Tbsp. of oil
salt to taste
1/2 c. pimiento filled green olives
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In hot skillet, saute oil, garlic, onion and pepper until almost cooked. Add meat and cook fully stirring while cooking the meat. When meat is full cooked, add remaining ingredients and let simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Voila!! Delicious over white rice.
