Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. of raw shrimp, peeled, deveined (tails off)
1/4 lb. butter
4 cloves of garlic or 4 tsp. minced
1 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Mini muffin pan

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter, mix with garlic, parsley & bread crumbs with either a fork or hands. Make mixture (we call it "mush") into a patty (flat). You may roll it out like dough if you want until about 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Cut into mini squares (twice as many as shrimp).

Put one square of "mush" mixture into mini muffin cup. Place one shrimp on top and place one more square of "mush" mixture on top of shrimp.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve immediately over pasta with your favorite vegetable on the side!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Best served over angel hair pasta cooked with olive oil and garlic, just drain and do not rinse. Also great with sprinkled on parmesan cheese.
