Cake:
3 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cups oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 jars of baby food: 1 jar each of carrots, applesauce and apricots
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Frosting:
1 3oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool. Mix frosting and put on cake.
