1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
3/4 cup flour

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except filling in a bowl. Pour into jelly roll pan that has been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. When cooked turn out onto a kitchen towel that has been covered with powdered sugar leaving wax paper on. Roll all up to look like a jelly roll. Keep rolled up till cooled. Unroll and carefully remove wax paper from cake.

Mix ingredients for filling making sure it's creamed good and there are no lumps. Spread filling on cake and roll back up this time leaving the towel out. Wrap in wax paper and place in freezer until cold. Slice and enjoy
