Rice Krispies
1 to 2 cups of cooked rice
1 lbs. sausage
5 to 6 eggs
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 can of milk
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover bottom with rice krispies. Add cooked rice next. Cook sausage in pan then add for the next layer. In a bowl, mix eggs with celery soup and milk. Pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top,then with rice krispies. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Can be prepared the night before and can refrigerate any leftovers.
