1 Lb. ground beef
1 (12-oz) jar salsa
1 (9-oz) can sweet corn
3/4 cup miracle whip dressing
1Tbs. Chili powder
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded colby or monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn,
miracle whip and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of the meat
mixture, crushed chips and cheese in 2 qt. casserole dish.
Repeat layers. bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top
with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
