3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Whip bananas until very light. Cream butter/oleo; add sugar and egg, then sifted flour, and soda. Add bananas and nut meats. Turn into well greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. This recipe can also be used to make muffins, bake 18-20 minutes.
