1 14-oz. pk caramels
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup Laura Scudder's Peanut Butter, divided
4 cups Cheerios
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Put caramels, water and 1/2 cup peanut butter in large microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir. Heat on high 1-2 minutes longer, or until melted.
Add cereal and nuts, stir until coated and spread into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Set aside.
In same bowl heat chips, butter and remaining peanut butter on high for 1 minute or until melted.
Spread over cereal mixture and refrigerate for one hour before cutting.
