2-1/2 c. sifted flour..
2 tbsp. sugar and 1-1/4 c. sugar, divided..
1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp. salt, divided..
1 c. Crisco.
2 egg yolks
8 peeled and sliced apples..
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. corn flakes, crumbled.
Powered sugar ( enough to to mix with water for glaze)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the flour, 2 tbsp. salt, and Crisco together... Beat egg yolks and add enough water to make 1/2 cup...Add beated egg yolk mixture to flour/Crisco mix...Spread in jelly roll pan....Mix together apples, 1-1/4 c. sugar, salt and cinnamon and spread over crust...Sprinkle crumbled corn flakes over top of apples....Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes...When cooled, make glaze and drizzle over pie..Cut into bars and serve.
