Pastry crust
1/4 C. butter
3/4 C sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 T. flour
3 eggs
1/2 C. Kahlua
1/2 C. light or dark corn syrup
3/4 C. evaporated milk
1 1/2 C. pecans, (whole or chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" pie plate with a pastry crust. Set oven to 400
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well, pour into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake until firm. about 40-45 minutes. Chill. Cover edges of pie crust with foil if edges get too brown.
