2 lbs. carrots
1 green pepper diced
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice, cook and cool carrots. Heat other ingredients to boil, pour over carrots. Refrigerate 24 hours stirring a few times. Serve cold. Makes a large casserole
