3 mashed, very ripe bananas
1 c sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

walnuts or pecans, optional


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour bread pan. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
