3 Large bell peppers - halved & cleaned
1 lb ground meat
1 large onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 - 1 cup rice (or 2 slices of bread or 3/4 cup of bread crumbs)
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and meat add tomato sauce and cook 10 minutes on low fire.
Add cooked rice, stale bread or bread crumbs
Cook about 5 minutes or longer stirring and adding a little water to keep from sticking if necessary.
Stuff raw peppers - place in covered baking pan and bake at 400 for 45 minutes
