3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and seasonings. Coat two or three pieces of chicken at a time and shake.

Brown 15 to 20 minutes, reduce heat, cover tightly (add 1 Tbsp water if necessary). Cook until tender, 30-40 minutes.
