1 (1 lb. 4 oz) pkg. refrigerated new potato wedges
1 T olive oil
1/2 cup refrigerated blue-cheese dressing
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle potatoes with oil, tossing to coat. Place potatoes evenly in 13x9 inch baking dish.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl. Toss with dressing and pepper. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.

If you want you can substitute Ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing and crumble feta cheese instead of the crumbled blue cheese.
