1 pkg. of bulk breakfast sausage
1 medium onion
4 stalks of celery
1 small box of fresh mushrooms
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 can low salt/low fat chicken broth
1 pkg. Bells herb stuffing mix (for 12-14 lb. turkey)
water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Break sausage meat into small pieces and medium chop all vegetables.
Saute sausage meat then add butter and vegetables. Cook until vegetables are wilted but not brown. Add broth and stuffing mix and mix gently. Add water to make the amount of moisture your family desires.

Turn stuffing into a baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let rest before serving as it holds its heat well.
