1 butternut squash
1/4 cup maple syrup (approximately)
1/4 stick of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel squash. Cut squash into about 2 inch cubes. Place cubes into a 9x12 buttered baking dish. Drizzle with syrup and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until fork tender
