Ingredients:  
5 lbs. grated potatoes
2 large diced onions
6 slices of bacon, diced
4 eggs
3/4 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place diced onion, bacon in small amount of oil on stovetop and cook until bacon is rendered.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to grated potatoes
Add diced bacon and onion mixture to potato mixture

Bake at 450 15 minutes, then reduce oven to 350
and bake until Kugeli is golden brown on top
