3-1/2 - 4 lb. pork chops
1 T oil
3/4 cups chopped onion
1- 10-3/4 oz. condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 can of frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 small bay leaf
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown chops on all sides in hot oil. Remove chops from skillet, reserving 1 T. of drippings. Cook onion in drippings until tender but not brown. Add soup, apple, concentrate, seasonings, bay leaf, celery and raisins. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Add evaporated milk and walnuts, heat through. Remove from heat and serve
