1 lb. Italian sausage
1 - 32 oz. jar "sketti" sauce
1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parm. cheese
fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain. Add to the "sketti" sauce. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, egg, and pepper. In a 9x13 baking dish, spoon in sauce just enough to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Alternate layers of noodles, egg mixture, sliced mozzarella, and sauce forming 2 layers. Sometimes I add a layer of fresh mushrooms in the middle. Top with parm. cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and poke 3-4 holes to vent. Microwave on high for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Turn half way through. Let stand a few minutes before serving
