1 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 5 oz. jar sharp cheese spread
2 5 oz. Jars Roquefort
1 small onion, minced
cheese spread
1 clove garlic minced
pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cheese to room temperature, blend until fluffy. Then add minced onion and garlic and blend again. Chill. Roll into ball (about the size of a grapefruit. Roll the ball in the chopped nuts.
