1 c. Flour
tsp. Baking powder
tsp. Baking soda
tsp. Salt
c. butter
c. sugar
1 Egg
tsp. vanilla
c. sour cream
c. golden raisins
Topping:

3 T. Brown Sugar

2 T. granulated sugar
c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and beat well. Add sour cream & flour to mixture alternately. Stir in raisins. Grease bottom only of 1 muffin tins. And fill 2/3 full Sprinkle with topping and bake 425 for 12 minutes.
