6 - 1" thick center-cut pork chops;.
CREOLE SAUCE: 1 medium green pepper, diced to 3/4 inch. 1 large onion, diced 3/4 inch; 1 bunch celery, sliced 1/2 inches. 1 bottle CHILI SAUCE.

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of chops. Brown both sides and place in 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed on bottom and sides with Pam.
MIX: Creole sauce, add small amount of water to chili sauce bottle to get all of the sauce.
POUR: Over pork chops.
Bake 350 covered for 45 minutes. Serve
