Ingredients:  
2 lbs. Morell & white button mushrooms (fresh);
1 1/2 cup shopped onions; 3 Tbsp butter; 1 or 2 garlic cloved, minced; 2 Tbsp brandy; 24 1/2 inch thick, sliced sourdough baguettes; 1lb brie, sliced, 1/4 c. parsley chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add garlic and onion, saute' 5 min. Add mushrooms and saute' until soft;
Add brandy, boil until reduced, about 7 min.
Salt and Pepper;
Brown bread on both sides in oven.
Spoon on mushroom mixture and a slice of brie.
Bake at 350 until cheese had melted, about 5 min.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
