2 cups Northern White Beans, drained; 6 c chicken stock;
4 Tbsp butter; 1 Tbsp. minced garlic; 3/4 c diced onion; 1 small can diced green chilis (mild);
1 lb skined & boned chicken breast, chopped.
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin; 1 Tbsp. dried oregano; 1 tsp pepper; 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Dump beans into large pot, add chicken stock. Bring to a boil over high heat.
In small skillet, heat butter and saute' garlic, onion and chilies for about 5 min. Add to beans.
Add chicken, cumin, oregano, pepper and cilantro to beans. Lower heat to medium and simmer. Stir occasionally for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
