2 pints medium oysters; slightly drained
1 sleeve (1 1/2 cups) crushed saltines
3 large whole eggs slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt; dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 3 qt casserole with Pam
Mix all ingredients except butter.
May add 1/4 cup milk if looks too dry.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Until golden brown;
bubbly and puffed up.
Serve hot
