4 eggs separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

For frosting: 1 egg yolk, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 egg yolks until lemon colored and thick. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, hot water and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in last. Place in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool. For frosting, mix 3 ingredients, spread on top of bars and top with 1 c. chopped peanuts.
