1 Tbsp butter
1/2 C milk
1/2 C sugar
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C chopped nuts
1 C raisins
1/4 tsp salt

1 C brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
2 C boiling water

Grease a deep baking dish and pour batter in. Pour filling over the top. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
