2 1/2 C. crushed pretzels
3 T. powdered sugar
3/4 C. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
a few drops lemon juice
8 oz. cool whip
2-3oz. boxes strawberry jello
2 C. hot water
2 -10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter. Press into 9" x 13" pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Cool in freezer.
Mix cream cheese and lemon juice. When smooth, fold in cool whip. Spread over crust and chill.
Dissolve jello in hot water, stir well. Add strawberries and spoon over cheese layer. Refigerate until firm.

We used to make this at the "Flying H". It's a great addition to any meal. This is as good as dessert.
