Batter:1-1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 envelopes yeast
3/4 c. very warm water
3 tbsp. olive oil

Toppings: 3 c. fully cooked chicken breast,
2 c. (16 oz.) marinara spaghetti sauce
1 c. Italian Blend shredded cheese
1 tsp. Italian Blend herb seasoning

Mix batter ingredients together.
Pour into a greased/sprayed 8" x 8" baking dish. Let rise 5-10 minutes while you prepare the topping..

Place chicken over batter.

Pour marinara sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.

Place dish in cold oven..Set temperature at 350 and once temperature is reached, continue baking for approx 30 minutes.(until completely baked through)
