1 large container small curd cottage cheese
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch (dry)
dill to taste
1 small scoop of low-fat or fat-free Miracle Whip (about 2 tbsp)

Blend together in blender. Put in refrigerator a few hours before serving for flavors to blend.
