4 c fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1/2 c orange juice
2 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil the cranberries, sugar and orange juice; reduce heat and simmer covered until the skins on fruit burst (about 8-10 minutes). Stir in orange rind and spices. Cover and refrigerate.
