3 eggs, beaten 1 cup vegetable oil
1 cups sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour 1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup quick oats 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt teaspoon baking powder
2 cups crushed strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients through baking powder. Add strawberries and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. These freeze well.
