2 large cans pineapple chunks in juice
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. melted butter - divided into 1/4 c. and 1/2 c.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, saving 3 tbsp. juice.

Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, and 1/4 c. melted butter together. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinke cheese over mixture. Mix crackers, pineapple juice, and 1/2 c. melted butter together and crumble over top.

Bake @ 350 20-30 minutes .. 'til top is golden.
