1 C. flour
1/4 C packed brown sugar
1 1/2 C. coconut
1 C. slivered almonds

Pudding Layer
2 2/3 C. milk
1 3oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3oz. pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 C. cool whip

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients and bake 30 minutes @350 stirring every 10 minutes, until toasted. Cool in freezer on cookie sheet. Once cooled, put 1/2 nut mixture in
9" x 13" pan.


Mix together pudding mixes and milk stirring well until thickened. Fold in cool whip. Pour pudding in pan on top of toasted mixture. Cover with remaining nut mixture. Refrigerate.

This is one of our favorites because we love coconut and toasted almonds. I'm not a big pudding fan, but this makes pudding wonderful!
