3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, and molasses. Add baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt. Mix in flour.

Pour into greased (or use cooking spray) 10" x 15" jelly roll pan and sprinkle top with 2 tbsp sugar.

Bake @ 375 10 - 12 minutes
