1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 c. Uncle Ben's Rice (not instant)
1/2 c water
2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. (If made in advance and refrigerated, allow more time for cooking.)
