1 lb. Bob Evans Sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain & cool. Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard. Add cubed bread. Stir in cheese & sausage. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Let it set about 10 minutes before serving
