1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well.
1 24 oz. large curd cottage cheese
5 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese grated
1 tbsp. butter melted

1 9 in. unbaked pie crust

Preheat over 350 In large mixing bowl combine spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, salt & pepper. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with the cheeses.

Bake 350 1 hr. or until knife inserted, comes out clean.
