2 - 3 lbs. ground round or sirloin
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. milk
2/3 cup process bread crumbs (Italian if desired)
1/2 cup celery finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Accent seasoning mix.
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup Ketchup

Beat eggs, milk and bread crumbs together. Place the bread crumb mixture in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well.

Place in bread pan and pack tightly. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and baste with additional Ketchup. Bake an additional 1/2 hour.

Cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan to serving dish.
