1 lb. lean ground beef
2 slices of bread crust removed, bread into crumbs.
1 egg beaten
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
1 clove garlic chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Romano cheese finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl mix together eggs and bread crumbs. Add ground beef, mix together until smooth. Roll into balls (do not cook). Roll the balls in the Romano cheese coating well.

Drop meatballs in simmering Italian sauce. Simmer about 45 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti.

This is a true Italian recipe and very good. Isabel's Italian family cooked this for generations. I have put the recipe together the best I could from Isabel's instructions since she never used recipes.

Adjust seasoning to your taste.
