1 9 in. unbaked deep-dish pie crust
2 tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar jack cheese (mixture of Cheddar & Monterey jack cheese)
1 cup grated un-peeled zucchini
1 cup cooked ham chopped
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/4 cup cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 Combine cheese , zucchini and ham. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Combine eggs, cream, salt & pepper and melted cheese. Pour over zucchini mixture.

Bake about one hour or until set. Cool slightly before serving.
