1 lb. sirloin steak (lean only) cut in 1/4 in. strips
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 6 oz. can mushrooms drained
1 cup sour cream.
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Roll beef strips in this mixture.

Heat oil in large saucepan, add floured meat and brown lightly. Remove from heat. Add to saucepan onion, garlic and mushrooms, saute until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients except the sour cream. Add the browned beef. Simmer about 1 hr. or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed.

Add sour cream about 15 min. before serving.
