1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix as listed. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on Pamę sprayed cookie sheet. Bake @ 350║ 20 minutes.
