1 large onion, sliced to your liking 1 8 oz can tomato sauce hot sauce to taste 2 cloves garlic, minced pinch of oregano dash of onion powder dash of salt dash of sugar
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Add enough water to just cover the onions. Simmer on a medium flame until the onions are tender and the sauce is thickened, about 20 minutes. May be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
