8 oz. curly or seashell pasta
8 oz. ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups spaghetti sauce
pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce evenly into the bottom of microwavable 10 inch pie pan. Top with half of the pasta. Next add all the ricotta (or cottage cheese); pepper as desired. Sprinkle half the mozzarella on top. Top with a layer of pasta, sauce, then mozzarella again. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan. Cover with wax paper or glass lid and microwave on medium for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
